El Xbox Game Pass convirtió en realidad el sueño de muchos jugadores: que el mundo del viedojuego tuviera su propio Netflix. Este servicio se diferencia entre los usuarios de Xbox y de PC, pero permite a los jugadores conseguir títulos de diferente calibre (los AAA están incluidos) por un módico precio al mes. Un solo videojuego cuesta entre 60 y 70 euros, por lo que estas herramientas son un recurso valiosísimo para los usuarios indecisos sobre su próximo movimiento.
¿Qué es el Xbox Game Pass?
El Xbox Game Pass es un servicio en el que, por 15 euros como máximo al mes, los jugadores tienen los servicios online y un catálogo de juegos con los que disfrutar permanentemente siempre que la suscripción esté activa. Además, los usuarios también pueden disfrutar de Cloud Gaming, es decir, una nube en la que poder jugar en diferentes dispositivos sin tener que instalar nada. Hay tres tipos de planes: Game Pass Xbox, Game Pass PC y Game Pass Ultimate (el últiom, el mejor por una diferencia de sólo tres euros).
Novedades de Mayo
Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition
Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition ya está disponible en el Xbox Game Pass en consola, PC y la nube desde el pasado 2 de mayo. Definitive Edition es la edición remasterizada del Tomb Raider que Crystal Dynamics desarrolló para estrenar en 2013, que implicó un reinicio de la reconocida serie de Lara Croft. El juego cuenta con lso factores de aventura, supervivencia y acción que tanto han enamorado al sector a lo largo de las décadas. Además, indaga en los orígenes de los Croft.
Kona II: Brume
Kona II: Brume estará disponible en el Xbox Game Pass en consola, PC y la nube desde el 7 de mayo. El videojuego, desarrollado por Parabole, es la continuación del relato interactivo Kona, que es una experiencia narrativa en primera persona. En esta edición se explora el entorno rústico de un pueblo del Quebec en 1970 donde el detective Carl Faubert debería resolver los misterios de la zona.
Little Kity, Big City
Little Kity, Big City estará disponible en el Xbox Game pass en consola, PC y la nube desde el 9 de mayo, la fecha de estreno del videojuego. En este título, de aventuras en tercera persona, podemos controlar a un gato negro en una ciudad japonesa. El objetivo es volver a nuestro hogar, pero no deja de ser un simulador con el que poder actuar con los diferentes elementos.
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons estará disponible en el Xbox Game Pass a partir del 14 de mayo en consola, PC y la nube. El videojuego se centra en la historia de cómo dos hermanos quieren encontrar «el agua de la vida» para salvar a su padre, que está enfermo. Estrenado en 2013 y desarrollado por Starbreeze Studios, tuvo una percepción extremadamente positiva y se llevó el premio VGX a mejor videojuego de Xbox y el BAFTA a mejor innovación.
